29th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 27 April 2021, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending submitted amendments to articles 5 and 7 of the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, submitted by the Government.

The Committee also submitted an amendment to Article 1 of the Bill amending the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Insurance, submitted by the Government.

The Committee decided to submit the amendments in the text specified and the representative of the submitter of the bills, Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali, accepted them.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Janko Langura, Bratimir Vasiljevic, Velibor Mihajlovic, Sonja Vlahovic, Viktor Jevtovic, Ana Carapic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Dusko Tarbuk, Nikola Jolovic, Zoran Bojanic and Dr Boban Birmancevic.
