23rd Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 18 March, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy reviewed the Commission for Protection of Competition 2014 Annual Activity Report.
Commission Chairman Doc. Dr Miloje Obradovic said that the Report contained information on all the key aspects of the Commission’s activities during the year and an overview of the proceedings the Commission arbitrated in, as well as information on the Commission’s financial, administrative and institutional capacities.
In the course of the debate on the Report, the Committee members requested more detailed information on the income earned by the Commission members and staff, and the expenditure structure.
Following the discussion, the Committee members adopted the Conclusion accepting the Commission for Protection of Competition 2014 Annual Activity Report, with the proposal that the National Assembly discuss it by urgent procedure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic.
