22nd Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 12 February, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Nationality and Registration of Vessels.
Out of the 19 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation, the Government and the Committee accepted nine. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 27 of the Bill.
The MPs had submitted 32 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways out of which the Government accepted 14 and the Committee accepted 13. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 12 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee also accepted the one amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Nationality and Registration of Vessels.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
