19th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 26 December, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed the Bill amending the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by a group of 122 MPs, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Registration of Ownership of the Facilities Built without a Building Permit, submitted by a group of 123 MPs.
On the behalf of the submitters, the bills were elaborated by Committee Deputy Chairperson Katarina Rakic.
The Committee members unanimously decided to accept the Bill amending the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by a group of 122 MPs.
The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Registration of Ownership of the Facilities Built without a Building Permit, submitted by a group of 123 MPs, was also unanimously accepted at the sitting.
Dr Vladimir Orlic then proceeded to present the report of the Working Group processing civic petitions, according to which the Working Group directly responded to the petitioners of four, and forwarded seven of the 11 petitions it had received to the relevant ministries and state institutions.
The Committee members adopted the Working Group’s proposed responses to the civic petitions.
