19th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 15 May, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society discussed in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design, submitted by the Government.
The MPs had submitted 5 amendments to the Bill, which the Government and the Committee did not accept. The Committee submitted four amendments of its own to articles 9, 26, 31 and 49 of the Bill, which the representative of the submitter, Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Dr Srdjan Verbic, accepted at the Committee sitting.
