17th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 8 December, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by the Government, in detail.
Out of the 184 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, the Government accepted 42 and the Committee accepted 41.
The Committee’s 14 amendments were also adopted at the sitting.
The sitting was attended by state secretaries of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
