173rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 4 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 142 of the Law on Public Information and Media, submitted by MP Aleksandra Tomic.


The Committee unanimously ruled that the Proposal is justified and decided to forward the Proposal for an authentic interpretation of said provision to the National Assembly.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic and attended by Committee members Balint Pasztor, Jasmina Obradovic, Dragan Polovina, Mujo Mukovic, Dragan Nikolic, Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Zarko Micin, Svetislav Vukmirica and Nedjo Jovanovic.
