11th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 2 October, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the nominations and established the Candidate List for President and members of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia.
By a majority of votes, the Committee members established the Proposal of the Decision on the election of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia. Nebojsa Savic was nominated for President of the Council of the NBS Governor, while MA Nikola Martinovic, Dr Miladin Kovacevic, MA Ivan Nikolic and Stojan Stamenkovic were nominated for members of the Council of the NBS Governor. The Proposal of the Decision on the election of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, established by the Committee, will be forwarded for deliberation to the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Vesna Kovac.
