10th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 12 March, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications discussed, in detail, the Bill on Special Conditions for Registry of Ownership Rights for Buildings Constructed without a Construction Permit, submitted by the Government.
Out of the 96 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, the Government accepted 16, and the Committee 15 amendments.
This sitting was chaired by Dejan Radenkovic, Committee Chairman.
