10th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
The members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications held a sitting on Voting Day on the remaining items on the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016, 22 December, to submit an amendment to Article 5 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Utilities.
The amendment was submitted to harmonise the already adopted amendments with one another and with the Bill, pursuant to Article 165, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the National assembly Rules of Procedure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic.
The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dalibor Radicevic, Jovica Jevtic, Dr Vladimir Orlic, Ognjen Pantovic, Ivana Stojiljkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Snezana B. Petrovic, Dragan Vesovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Jovo Ostojic and Jasmina Karanac.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic.
