Twenty-Ninth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 12 November, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on the Constitutional Court and proposed that the National Assembly adopt 83 of the 87 amendments submitted.



At the sitting held on 12 November, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on the Constitutional Court and proposed that the National Assembly adopt 83 of the 87 amendments submitted. The Committee proposed that the National Assembly reject two amendments which were not legally feasible, while the Committee decided not to rule on two amendments until they are legally and technically regulated.

The Committee also discussed the 35 amendments submitted to the Asylum Bill and proposed that the National Assembly adopt 18 amendments deemed legally feasible, and reject the rest.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
