Third Sitting of the Health and Family Committee

At the sitting held on 2 December 2022, the Health and Family Committee deliberated, in principle, on the Republic of Serbia 2023 Budget Bill, Section 27 – Ministry of Health and Section 34 – Ministry of Family Welfare and Demography, with the accompanying Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2023 Financial Plan, submitted by the Government.

Presenting the Budget Bill, Dr Mirsad Djerlek, State Secretary at the Ministry of Health, said that 31,653,636,000 have been allocated for Section 27 – Ministry of Health, and 1,019,512,000 RSD for Section 34 – Ministry of Family Welfare and Demography.

Minister of Family Welfare and Demography Darija Kisic explained for what projects the funds for 2023 had been allocated.

Following a discussion, the Committee members proposed that the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending should accept the Republic of Serbia 2023 Budget Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prim. Doc. Dr Darko Laketic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Muamer Bacevac, Srdjan Simic, MA Svetlana Milijic, Marija Jevdjic, Marija Vojinovic, Prof. Dr Mirka Lukic Sarkanovic, Bosko Obradovic, Zoran Zecevic, Marija Todorovic, Dr Marko Bogdanovic, Biljana Ilic Stodic, Dr Nada Macura and Jana Mateovic.
