Second Sitting of the Commission for the Control of the Enforcement of Penal Sanctions

At the second sitting, held on 8 February 2012, the Commission members consulted on the preparation of the Commission’s work methodology.

Regarding the attempted escape of Sretko Kalinic and Zeljko Milovanovic from the special detention unit of the Special Court in Belgrade, the Commission members decided to request information from the Director of the Administration for Enforcement of Penal Sanctions Milan Obradovic, which they would consider at a Commission sitting on 9 February.

The sitting was chaired by Commission Chairperson Judita Popovic.
