At the request of 119 deputies, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, convened the Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, for Wednesday, 8 July 2009, starting at 10 a.m.

The Request to hold the session specified only one item on the agenda: Proposal of the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of Chairman, Members and Deputy Members of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by deputy Nada Kolundzija.

The sitting will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic informed the deputies that, under article 85, paragraph 3 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, she set Wednesday, 8 July 2009, starting at 12 p.m., as Voting Day on all the items on the agenda of the Eighth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.

The voting will take place at the Great Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
