In the course of the meeting the officials discussed the current political situation in Serbia, the importance of the implementation of the Brussels Agreement and addressing the issue of Kosovo-Metohija, judiciary reform and the imminent elections for the European Parliament.
Mladjan Dinkic stressed that judiciary reform, characteristic for all countries in transition, is the biggest challenge for Serbia. He said that though significant steps have been taken toward boosting international cooperation in combating organised crime, the reform of the judiciary system and the anti-corruption struggle still need to be pursued with more efficiency.
Speaking about the political situation in Europe and the upcoming elections for the European Parliament, Suzana Grubjesic wished the European People's Party success and to again win the most EP seats.
