Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality Committee Deputy Chairperson and National Assembly Standing Delegation to PACE Members at Seminar on Role of National Parliaments in Implementation of Judgements of European Court of Human Rights
Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality Ljiljana Malusic is taking part in the seminar on the “Role of national parliaments in the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights”, held on 31 October 2014 in Madrid.
The seminar was organized by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe at the invitation of the Spanish Parliament to discuss issues relating to the European Convention on Human Rights and the need to establish parliamentary oversight over the execution of the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights.
