At the sitting held on 9 April, the Administrative Committee adopted a Decision on opening an evidence account on the National Assembly Solidarity Fund.

The Committee adopted a Decision on channeling the funds accrued from the penal measures pronounced against deputies for violating the order at the Second and Fourth Sittings of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, into humanitarian purposes, in the amount of 1,727,000 dinars, as well as additional 326,712 dinars from the Solidarity Fund.

At the sitting, the Administrative Committee considered the proposal of the Serbian Radical Party Deputy Group to amend the Decision on the deputies’ seating arrangements in the National Assembly House session hall, but the proposal was not adopted.

The Committee also considered the proposal of United Serbia deputies to allocate half of a deputy daily wage for humanitarian purposes, as well as deputy Vladan Batic’s proposal to amend the decision on deputy remuneration. Following a discussion, the committee decided to forward these proposals to the National Assembly Speaker, Deputy Groups’ Heads and the Working Group tasked with drafting the National Assembly Act.

The Committee adopted the objection of Zoran Tamas, member of the State Audit Institution Council, and passed an act stating that the flat rental expenses be noted from the day when the Committee was informed of it.
