At the sitting, held on 18 December, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report on filling a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Maraci Nandor, elected from the For European Serbia - Boris Tadic electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with the provision of article 88 of the Law on the Election of Deputies.

Since the Committee members had ascertained that the conditions have been met to verify the term of office of deputy Aniko Ziros-Jankelic, the Committee unanimously adopted the Report and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected deputy’s term of office.
