At the request of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, convened the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, for Thursday, 16 July, starting at 4 p.m.

As specified in the Request to hold the sitting, the agenda shall contain the Bill amending the Public Information Law, the Culture Bill, the Bill on Cooperation with the International Criminal Court, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organization and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organized Crime, the Bill on Execution of Prison Sentence for Criminal Offenses of Organised Crime, the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Law, the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, the Bill on Spatial Management and Construction, the Bill on State Survey and Land Registry , the Social Housing Bill, the Bill on the Environmental Protection Fund, the Public Health Bill, the Blood Transfusion Bill, the Organ Transplantation Bill, the Bill on Cell and Tissue Transplantation, the Bill on Infertility Treatments by Bio-medical Aided Fertilisation, the Bill on National Councils of National Minorities, the Bill on the Bases of the System of Education and Upbringing, the Bill on Schoolbooks and Other Teaching Equipment, the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Contract between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia “Apex Loans for small and medium-sized enterprises” and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (additional financing for the health system project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Eleventh Extraordinary Session will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
