Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the Committee’s ninety-seventh session for 11.45 a.m. on Tuesday 15 July. The following agenda was proposed for the session:

1. Discussion of an objection raised by representatives of the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group about the infringement of Article 133, Subsection 2, with reference to Articles 156 and 135, Subsection 5, of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, at the session of the Eleventh Extraordinary Sitting held on 14 July 2003;
2. Discussion of an objection raised by the chairman of the DOS - Dr Vojislav Kostunica - Democratic Party of Serbia Deputies’ Group about the infringement of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia
