13th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 4 September 2023, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society considered in principle the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education, Bill amending and modifying the Law on National Qualifications Framework of the Republic of Serbia, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Educational Inspection and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Dual Education.
The bills were presented by Minister of Education Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic as representative of the submitter.
Following a discussion, the Committee members adopted all four of the bills by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Stojan Radenovic, Natasa Ivanovic, Ana Miljanic, Tatjana Medved, Prof. Dr Mirka Lukic-Sarkanovic, Ratko Nikolic, Prof. Dr dr Vladimir Obradovic, Dr Zoran Lutovac, Prof. Dr Branimir Jovancicevic, Dragana Miljanic, MA Djordje Kosanic, Ljubinko Djurkovic and Prof. Dr Jahja Fehratovic, as well as MP Bosko Obradovic who is not member of the Committee.
