Birth of a law

What happens if the Constitutional Court finds that a law is not in harmony with the Constitution?

The law that is not in harmony with the Constitution ceases to be in effect on the day of publishing of the decision of the Constitutional Court in “The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”. A separate Law regulates the organization of the Constitutional Court, proceedings before the Constitutional Court, and legal effects of its decisions.
