Birth of a law

Is the adopted law published?

A law adopted by the National Assembly is published before its coming into effect. This way, all the interested parties have the opportunity to get acquainted with the text of the law.
Laws are published in “The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” and the National Assembly’s webpage.
