21st Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 20 April 2026, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Transport of Dangerous Goods, submitted by the Government, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investigation of Air, Rail and Water Traffic Accidents, submitted by the Government.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 17 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Transport of Dangerous Goods.

The Government and the Committee accepted one of the 26 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investigation of Air, Rail and Water Traffic Accidents, the amendment to Article 1.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure as representatives of the submitter.

Following a debate, the Committee adopted the bills by majority vote and moved that the National Assembly accept them.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Stasa Stojanovic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Branislav Josifovic, Miroslav Kondic, Vesna Savovic-Petkovic, Jasmina Karanac, Miljana Milojevic, Nenad Filipovic i Tomislav Jankovic.
