The Committee members adopted a Decision to organise the First Public Hearing on the topic "Presentation of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court; Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of MPs; Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Elections and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic", to be held on 4 May 2026 in Kragujevac; Decision to organise the Second Public Hearing on the topic "Presentation of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court; Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of MPs; Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Elections and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic", to be held on 5 May 2026 in Nis; Decision to organise the Third Public Hearing on the topic "Presentation of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court; Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of MPs; Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Elections and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic", to be held on 6 May 2026 in Novi Sad and the Decision to organise the Second Public Hearing on the topic "Presentation of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court; Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of MPs; Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Elections and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic", to be held on 7 May 2026 in Belgrade.

Committee Chairman Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, proposed that the members and deputy members of the of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, all the MPs, members of the Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process, representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Republic Electoral Commission, Commission for the Revision, Verification and Control of the Accuracy and Updating of the Voters’ Register, National Convention on the EU, CRTA, Centre for Free Elections and Democracy, Transparency Serbia, as well as the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Delegation of the European Union to Serbia, the embassies of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Federal Republic of Germany, Federal Republic of Italy, French Republic, Kingdom of Norway, Russian Federation and all interested public be invited to the public hearings.
