Visit of Parliamentary Delegation from the Slovak Republic
A delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, headed by Chairperson Nataša Micic, held talks today at the Serbian Assembly with a parliamentary delegation of the Slovak Republic.
A delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, headed by Chairperson Nataša Micic, held talks today at the Serbian Assembly with a parliamentary delegation of the Slovak Republic.
The Slovak parliamentary delegation, on a three-day visit to Yugoslavia, is headed by Jozef Migaš, Chairman of the National Council.
The meeting was an occasion for talks about opportunities for further improving friendly ties and cooperation between the two countries, especially in certain fields of economic cooperation where traditionally good relations already exist.
The participants exchanged opinions on issues that are the prerequisite for the inclusion of our country into European integrations, such as local self-government, human and minority rights. There was also talk about the opportunities for further developing parliamentary cooperation.
