Tenth Sitting of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals

The Committee on Petitions and Proposals held its tenth sitting on 26 January 2012. The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Sasa Dujovic.

At the sitting, the Committee adopted the Committee on Petitions and Proposals Activity Report covering the period from 1 June to 31 December 2011.

In said period, the Committee held four sittings, one of them in Novi Sad, and organised one public hearing. In the course of the six-month period the Committee received 184 petitions and proposals. The Committee members agreed that in its two years of existence the Committee on Petitions and Proposals had accommodated the citizens and brought many of the petitions and proposals to a successful end.

In the continuation, the Committee Chairman informed the Committee members that they, and MP Riza Halimi, will be discussing the course of the privatisation process with the representatives of a company from Presevo.
