Sixty-Second Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 30 November, the Finance Committee considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Tobacco Law and Bill amending and modifying the Law on Games of Chance.
At the sitting held on 30 November, the Finance Committee considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Tobacco Law and Bill amending and modifying the Law on Games of Chance.
Elaborating the amendments and modifications to the Tobacco Law, the Ministry of Finance representative stated that they would enable the transport of tobacco products along with other products if they are separated in a special odor-proof packaging or one that prevents direct contact.
Presenting the amendments and modifications to the Law on Games of Chance, the Director of the Gaming Administration Zoran Jadzic stressed that in addition to banning entry to underage persons into gaming establishments, it proposes limiting gaming on no longer than 18 hours a day, as well as introducing additional control of the capital invested in the field.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Krasic, Committee Chairman.
