Seventeenth Sitting of the Committee on Science and Technological Development
At the sitting held on 25 November, the members of the Committee on Science and Technological Development discussed the particulars of the Bills on Copyright and Related Rights, on Watermarks, on Protection of Integrated Circuit Topography and on Legal Protection of Industrial Design.
At the sitting held on 25 November, the members of the Committee on Science and Technological Development discussed the particulars of the Bills on Copyright and Related Rights, on Watermarks, on Protection of Integrated Circuit Topography and on Legal Protection of Industrial Design.
A total of 67 amendments were submitted to the Bill on Copyright and Related Rights. The Government of the
12 amendments were submitted to the Bill on Watermarks, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted 2.
Out of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill on Protection of Integrated Circuit Topography, the Government and the Committee accepted 2.
The deputies submitted a total of 16 amendments to the Bill on Legal Protection of Industrial Design, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted 2.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Srboljub Zivanovic.
