Petitions and Proposals Committee Chairman Visits Nakovo Local Community

The Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic visited the local community of Nakovo, Municipality of Kikinda.

The Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic visited the local community of Nakovo, Municipality of Kikinda. The reason for his visit was the proposal the Nakovo natives had sent to the Committee attempting to prevent the auction and sale of Agricultural Cooperative “Marko Oreskovic” which is, according to them, the only source of survival for the village and the reason to halt the exodus of young people. In addition to Committee Chairman Sasa Dujovic, the meeting with the representatives of the villagers was attended by Zoran Kasalovic, deputy from the territory of Banat. It was concluded that appropriate measures would be undertaken, in accordance with the Committee’s competences, so as to assist the natives of Nakovo.
