Petitions and Proposals Committee Chairman Talks to Ombudsman
The Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic talked today to Ombudsman Sasa Jankovic about cooperating on the petitions and proposals the National Assembly and Ombudsman receive from the public.
The Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic talked today to Ombudsman Sasa Jankovic about cooperating on the petitions and proposals the National Assembly and Ombudsman receive from the public.
They believe that the National Assembly and the Ombudsman, as an independent state authority, should cooperate so as to ensure due and efficient processing of the citizens’ petitions, proposals and initiatives and propose measures to the competent authorities to resolve the issues brought up by the public. They also agreed on more specific types of possible cooperation in principle.
