National Assembly Speaker Meets with Bundestag Members

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, met with members of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany, Tilman Kuban and Dr David Preisendanz.

Speaker Brnabic welcomed her German colleagues to the National Assembly, emphasising the important role that the parliament plays in the European integration process of the Republic of Serbia. Referring to the current challenges that Serbia faces on its European path, she underlined the commitment to implementing the necessary reforms and improving institutional cooperation.

The officials agreed that Serbia needs the opening of a new cluster as a strong incentive in the process of accession to the European Union.
