National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic to Lay Wreath on Occasion of WWI Armistice Anniversary

Tomorrow, on 11 November, at 11 am, as part of the central state ceremony commemorating the World War One Armistice Day, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic will lay a wreath at the Memorial and Memorial Ossuary to the Defenders of Belgrade in World War One at the New Cemetery (50 Roosevelt St.)


The World War One Armistice Day is commemorated in the world and Serbia in remembrance of 11 November 1914 when ceasefire was signed in the French town of Compiègne ending World War One.
