National Assembly Delegation meets Delegation of Morocco

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Gordana Comic and the members of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Morocco met today with a Moroccan delegation headed by Mohamed Najib Boulif, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of General Affairs and Governance.


The Moroccan delegation is visiting Serbia to take part in the session of the Standing Intergovernmental Committee of the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Morocco.

The participants underlined the existence of traditionally good relations between Serbia and Morocco and noted that, in addition to the cooperation between the two states’ Governments, it is very important to further interparliamentary cooperation both at the level of friendship groups and the level of international parliamentary organisations. The meeting also touched on how important it is to further develop economic and cultural cooperation, as well as cooperation in the sphere of environmental protection.

In conversation with the Serbian parliamentarians, the representative of the Moroccan delegation, Mohamed Najib Boulif, stressed that Morocco supports Serbia’s European integration process, as well as resolving the problems in Kosovo-Metohija by dialogue.

In addition to the National Assembly Deputy Speaker, the meeting with the Moroccan delegation was also attended by Parliamentary Friendship Group members Zoran Andjelkovic, Nevena Adzemovic, Ljiljana Miladinovic and Stefana Miladinovic.
