The Speaker of the National Assembly, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic convened the Fourth Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011, for Tuesday, 5 April 2011, starting at 10 a.

For the sitting, the Speaker set the following agenda:
1. Oath Taking Ceremony of the President and Members of the Fiscal Council.
National Assembly Deputy Speaker Gordana Comic reminded all present that, at the First Sitting of the First Regular Session in 2011, held on 31 March, Dr Pavle Petrovic was elected President of the Fiscal Council, and Dr Vladimir Vuckovic and Nikola Altiparmakov were elected Council members.
The newly-elected Fiscal Council President and members then took their oath of office before the National Assembly and assumed their duties.
