Fourteenth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting on 24 December 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration conducted a debate in principle on the Bill modifying the Criminal Procedure Code and ruled to propose that the National Assembly adopt the Bill in principle.

The Committee also considered the Decision of the Grand Personnel Council ascertaining grounds for termination of office of Kosovo Mitrovica Municipal Court judge Radojka Radovanovic due to permanent loss of working ability and ascertained the Proposal of the Decision on Termination of Judicial Office.
The Committee decided to submit the proposals of the two decisions to the National Assembly recommending that they be urgently discussed.
