Forty-Ninth Sitting of the Industry Committee
At the sitting held on 25 October, the Industry Committee considered, in detail, the Bill on Mining and Geological Research, submitted by the Government.
The MPs had submitted 56 amendments to the Bill. The Government and the Committee accepted 17 of the amendments, and the Committee submitted 5 amendments of its own to Articles 10, 104, 136, 137 and 146 of the Bill which the representative of the submitter accepted at the sitting.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milorad Buha.
