Fifty-Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Science and Technological Development

At the sitting held on 9 September, the members of the Committee on Science and Technological Development considered, in detail, the Patent Bill and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.


The sitting was attended by Minister of Education and Science Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic and the Director of the Intellectual Property Office Branka Totic.

A total of 57 amendments had been submitted to the Patent Bill. The Government and the Committee accepted 10 of the amendments.

The MPs had submitted a total of 27 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted 3.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Srboljub Zivanovic.
