Bojan Pajtic, chairman of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, convened the Committee’s eighty-second session for 4 p.m. on Monday 16 June. The following agenda was proposed for the meeting:
1. Bill on the Action Plan for the Harmonisation of Economic Systems of Member States of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro Designed to Prevent and Dismantle Obstacles to the Free Movement of People, Goods, Services and Capital;
2. Bill on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Proceedings Against Perpetrators of War Crimes;
3. Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime;
4. Bill Amending the Penal Code of the Republic of Serbia;
5. Bill on the Prevention of Violence and Improper Behaviour at Sports Events.
