81st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 December 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Foundations of the Education System, submitted by the Government, in detail.
The Committee found both of the amendments submitted to the Bill on the Capital Market to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Media, submitted by the Government, in detail and found the one amendment submitted to it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also found the amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Secondary Education by the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dijana Radovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Ilija Matejic, Vuk Mircetic, Milenko Jovanov, Luka Kebara, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic and Borisav Kovacevic.
