The chairman of the Committee on Justice and Administration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Professor Dr.
The chairman of the Committee on Justice and Administration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Professor Dr. Dragor Hiber, convened the Committee’s fifty-first session for 3 p.m. on Monday 16 June 2003. The following agenda was proposed for the session:
1. Bill on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Proceedings Against Perpetrators of War Crimes;
2. Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime;
3. Bill Amending the Penal Code of the Republic of Serbia;
4. Miscellaneous.
