51st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 19 July, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the request of MP Branislav Jovanovic for an opinion as regards assuming another public office and decided to postpone ruling on said request for one of the upcoming sittings considering that the request was incomplete.

The Committee also reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the request of Dr Miladin Kovacevic, member of the National Bank of Serbia Governor’s Council, as regards holding two public offices.

The Committee members also ruled on directing funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund, which currently has 106,224.00 RSD at its disposal. Based on the submitted appeals for financial assistance, the Committee decided to allocate 11,000.00 RSD to Bojan Zegarac, third-year student at the Belgrade Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, so he can take part in the conference of the European Youth Parliament in Tallinn, Estonia. The Committee members agreed to ascertain the priorities for further allocation of funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund at one of its upcoming sittings.

At the sitting, the Committee also established a list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
