42nd Sitting of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality
At the sitting held on 17 March 2016 and closed to the public, the Committee deliberated on and gave a positive opinion to the Proposal of the Negotiating Position of the Republic of Serbia for the Intergovernmental Conference on the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union for Chapter 23 – Judiciary and Fundamental Rights.
The sitting was attended by Committee members: Ljiljana Malusic, Biljana Ilic Stosic, Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic, Vladica Dimitrov, Aida Corovic, Elvira Kovacs, Ljibuska Lakatos, Stefana Miladinovic, Vera Paunovic, Slobodan Peric, Biljana Hasanovic Korac and Zlata Djeric.
