40th session of the Finance Committee
At its fortieth session, the Finance Committee discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Pension and Disability Insurance Act, the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans, the Bill on the Payment of Contributions for Pension and Disability Insurance for Certain Categories of Employee Beneficiaries, the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements, the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements, and the Bill on Providing Counter-Guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for a Loan Granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to Finance the Reconstruction of a Section of the Belgrade – Novi Sad Motorway.
At its fortieth session, the Finance Committee discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Pension and Disability Insurance Act, the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans, the Bill on the Payment of Contributions for Pension and Disability Insurance for Certain Categories of Employee Beneficiaries, the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements, the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements, and the Bill on Providing Counter-Guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for a Loan Granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to Finance the Reconstruction of a Section of the Belgrade – Novi Sad Motorway. The Bills were endorsed in principle.
The Committee also discussed the Report on the audit of political parties’ financial reports for 2004. The Report was endorsed, and will be made public on the National Assembly website.
