35th session of the Finance Committee
At its session held on 14 July 2005, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget System Act.
At its session held on 14 July 2005, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget System Act.
The session discussed and in principle adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2005, along with its associated proposals of decisions giving consent to:
a) Decision Amending the 2005 Financial Plan of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees;
b) Decision Amending the 2005 Financial Plan of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers;
c) Decision Amending the 2005 Financial Plan of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Private Entrepreneurs;
d) Decision Amending the 2005 Financial Plan of the Republic Health Insurance Agency, and
e) Decision Amending and Modifying the 2005 Financial Plan of the National Employment Service.
The Bills were presented by the Minister of Finance in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Mladjan Dinkic, while the session was chaired by the Committee’s vice-chairman, Rade Obradovic.
