34th Sitting of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality

At the sitting held on 15 July, the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality granted consent to organise a regional parliamentary conference on LGBT rights.

In the continuation, Committee member Aida Corovic informed the rest of the Committee about her visit to the refugee camp in Presevo, realised with MP Prof. Dr Dusan Milisavljevic. Aida Corovic urged the other Committee members to visit the refugee camp and see for themselves the difficult situation in it. She explained that by doing this the Committee members would offer support to the Military, police and medical personnel engaged in providing relief to the asylum seekers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Meho Omerovic.
