33rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 20 December, the Committee discussed two amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
The Committee deemed the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee again discussed the amendment submitted to article 38 of the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code by MP Stefana Miladinovic and deemed it compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
