30th session of the Finance Committee
At its session held on 16 March, the Finance Committee in principle endorsed the Bill on the Settlement of Obligations between the Republic of Serbia and Bankrupt Banks Arising from Foreign Credits and/or Loans.
At its session held on 16 March, the Finance Committee in principle endorsed the Bill on the Settlement of Obligations between the Republic of Serbia and Bankrupt Banks Arising from Foreign Credits and/or Loans. Of the three amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee endorsed two.
Members of the Finance Committee discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill on Submitting Claims for and Registering Forcibly Nationalised Property. The Finance Committee did not endorse amendments submitted to the Bill.
The Committee also discussed, and, in principle, endorsed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Securities and Other Financial Instruments Market. The Committee agreed that the Bill should be applied retroactively, as this was in the interest of the public.
The Bills were presented by the Minister of Finance, Mladjan Dinkic, and his associates.
