27th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 20 May, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations and Acts and the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, in detail.
Out of the 17 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations and Acts, the Committee accepted two which were also accepted by the Government and submitted an amendment of its own to article 29 of the Bill.
The Committee submitted two revisionary amendments of its own to the name of the law and to article 1 of the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
