25th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 31 July, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on Privatisation and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy.
Out of the 23 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy, the Committee rejected 7 as incomplete and found the remaining 16 compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
